Where is my parcel?

Look for the Royal Mail tracking number in your shipping confirmation email (this should be the second email you receive from us after ordering) Next simply copy and paste the tracking number into the Royal Mail tracking page and it should tell you the status of your order.

If the information provided by Royal Mail is unsatisfactory, please email us at help@garmgang.co.uk, where we will reply as soon as possible, providing it, is a weekday and between 09:00-17:30.

How long will delivery take?

In the UK, our delivery service is ‘Royal Mail 24’.Your order will arrive within 1 - 2 days and delivery will be confirmed on receipt of your parcel. If you order before 1pm on a working day, your item will be despatched that same day.

In EU countries, the delivery is a signed for, 3-7 day service.

For Rest of World delivery is 5-10 days.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Simply print out the order confirmation email you received with your order, then include this and the item/s you would like to return within a package addressed to ‘GARMGANG, Rear of 19 Market Place, Long Buckby, NN6 7RR.’ Before returning, please read our Returns Policy to understand the obligations and responsibilities held by both yourself and GARMGANG in a returns transaction.

When will my refund be processed?

Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, we will process the refund within three working days. If the order was originally made using PayPal then you should see the money in your account within 2 hours. If you paid using your debit/credit card then it will take between 3-5 days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will happily organise an exchange under this circumstance. However, if it is just a matter of style preference, condition or sizing we prefer that you return the item and arrange a refund, then you can re-order the new size or item wanted.

Who pays for returns?

Returns are to be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to the item being faulty or not as described, then we will cover the cost of the return, this will be reimbursed upon arrival of the returning package.

Can I use a different courier for the return?

You can use any courier you wish as long as the package is secure. We recommend using a signed for or tracked service to ensure delivery. We are not liable for any packages lost or damaged in the post.

I don’t have the original packaging, what should I do?

As long as the item(s) in the package is secure, it doesn’t matter on the return packaging used.

Payment

My payment was declined, what should I do?

Not to worry, this is usually a minor issue. First, make sure to check each detail from your purchase, making sure that the billing address on your order and the address linked to your card are the same and all the numbers on your card have been typed in correctly. If all your details are correct and the problem still persists, make sure to contact your bank and ask if your card has been restricted for any reason.

I have made an order but need to alter or cancel it, can I do this?

As long as you contact us within 30 mins, and before 1 pm (weekdays) we can cancel the order or alter any details on the order. Unfortunately, if you miss this time window and we send the parcel out, we cannot change anything. However, if you wait for the unwanted item to arrive you can return it to us with return to sender.

Do I need to sign in to make an order?

Nope! We’ve made it easy so you can check out as a guest. It might save you some time in the future though if you do save your details with us.

What payment methods do you take?

We take all major debit/credit cards and PayPal payments.

What currencies do you accept?

All payments are accepted, however will be converted into GBP(£).

At the moment we are exclusively online. We will post up on all our social media if we do plan to expand to a walk in shop.

When do you upload new stock?

New stock is uploaded to the website every working day so keep your eyes peeled!

I have forgotten my login details for my GARMGANG account, what should I do?

Not to worry! You can simply click ‘Forgotten Your Password’ on the sign in page, enter your email address and you will be emailed a password reset link. If you have any issues you can email us at sales[at]bragvintage.co.uk, where we can arrange a password, reset with proven credentials.

How do you ensure against fakes and copies?

We only buy from trusted and certified sellers of wholesale vintage clothing. We then hand check each and every item to guarantee its legitimacy.
